AAMC's FindAResident site AMA's Find a Residency or Fellowship site SDN's Internship, Residency and Fellowship Positions forum ResidentSwap.org ResidencyInfo.com I have heard of nothing in my grapevine, to pass on. Here's what I would do in this situation: I'd cold-call/cold-email all H&PM Fellowship Program Directors or Program Coordinators. You will likely need to be willing to go anywhere. ACGME has a list of all programs Look under Reports, List of Programs by Specialty. H&PM is cleverly hidden under Family Medicine. This list has programs, PD names, phone and fax #s for all, and for at least 75% of the programs, email addresses. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles has an unexpected opening for fellowship for July 2012.
