Looks like this is crapola. But does anyone ever recommend epsom salt baths? Looks to be a decent way to absorb magnesium.. in patient's with global MSK complaints, high stress, anxiety/depression, fibromyalgia? Wondering about its efficacy for this in patients who diet poorly.
