Default vent management for the clueless

SDN Members don't see this ad. (About Ads)
our pp anesthesiology group was asked by the hospital to help with ventmanagement in an 18 bed icu while they are getting some new intensivists hired/credentialed.
it will be well compensated and would be a smart political move on our part to help the hospital out. what would be a short text/guidelines for us to review and have in the coat pocket?
"ventmanagement for dummies" , so to speak...
any suggestions?

thank you , fasto

Are you looking for vent management for the anesthesia docs or to give the other docs on the case as a here, don't bother me until you've read this and given it a whirl?

That came out more crotchety sounding than I intended. If you let us know the needed use, we may better point you in the right direction
