favorite journals to submit surgical case reports

hi there,
just wondering if there are any favorite journals that you like to submit interesting surgical case reports

off the top of my head, those that accept case reports combined with literature reviews :

1. american surgeon (but has paywall, i have 1 article published here, but can't get full text even with institutional login)

2. journal of surgical education

3. journal of surgical case reports (UK open access, non-pubmed-indexed)

4. ..?

You can't get full access through your med school?
