Best corporate dental companies

anyone knows which dental corporate or companies are best to work for in the beginning?

Man, there are so many and each can be sooooo different, what is your initial goals? Are certain goals more important than others? For example, if you made a list of things you wanted to learn, or wanted to get out of your first experiences, how important are they?

- Make a **** ton of money ($180,000+, $240,000+)
- Get faster at Endodontics
- Get faster at fillings and fixed prostho
- Do your own cleanings and ScRP
- Never do a cleaning again
- Learn insurance and front desk management
- Take out a ton of teeth
- Never take a tooth out again and have lots of Oral surgeons who love you
- Learn about advertising and marketing
- Learn about business practices and being an employer
- Use all digital systems (Cerec, E4D, Digital Radiographs, Computerized records)
- See only people who make $70,000+ a year and have amazing PPOs and Cash only
- See people who don't pay a cent for their dental work so you never have to try and sell them on the costs of dentistry but have to do a lot more work in order to make more money
- Work with a large network of other dentists and also have 1-2 older doctors mentoring you at the place you work
- Work with a large network of other dentists but be alone at your practice most of the time
- Work in a smaller group of practices...

so on and so forth... I mean, honestly, it's more about what you are looking for in order to figure out which is the best corporate group to join.

Sure...I won't name names but find a dental corporation that breaks the ethical/legal code by waving all copays for patients so all the dental work is free so that the patients will stay and do whatever you say they need. Well, not waving the co-pay, but you know, billing them later for the copay and making a real "effort" to collect it to no avail. Make sure you diagnose every class II lesion that is a mm into dentin as needing a crown, and a root canal while you are at. Diagnose stain as needing fillings. Diagnose a little lower anterior calculus as scaling and root planings in all four quads.

In other words, find a corporate dental practice that doesn't mind you doing shady **** so long as you make them money.
