Default To correct for farsightedness, which surface needs to be more curved?

"In eye glasses, each lens has one convex and one concave surface. To correct for farsightedness, which surface needs to be more curved?"

I'm pretty sure it's convex but I just wanted to make sure. Am I right?

the front surface of the lens will have more curvature and thus more power and is used in farsightedness (hyperopia).
the lens will be thicker in the middle and thinner on the sides than a plano or myopic (minus) lens
convex or concave would have to do with which ever direction the light is passing through the lens, and in what medium the glasses are held in
