So today I get a call for an interview. How often does this happen?

Programs get funding approved for a spot after the match. It isn't uncommon.

Just had the interview today. It isn't an accredited program since it's a new program. I'd be the first resident ever if I get it, lol. There are 2 spots, but I have no doubts that they'll get accredited because their main campus already has an established residency program and it's a very good hospital in Manhattan. I feel like I aced the interview with the HR guy, think I did good with pharmacy staff. I was surprised that they asked me dosing questions, but that's what happens when you list that you did an anticoagulation guideline and vancomycin guideline in-service.
