Default Practicing dentistry in Shanghai

I'm a u.s. trained dentist but I'm interested in living in shanghai and practicing there for a while. Does anyone know the steps I need to take in order to be employed there? Would I need to move there first and then begin job searching? or is there a website where I can search for jobs? I've heard of foreign dentists going there and treating the expat population and I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience doing this or knows anyone who does!
Thanks!!!

Hi, there! I'm a dental student from Shanghai. In my class, there are some international students from Korea and Taiwan. I think a Chinese dental degree is a prerequisite for the licensure here? And yet the licensure exam is in Chinese.
