Sup y'all
First time, long time... much appreciate the advice over the yrs.
Gonna be a CA1 in a wk or so ... much has changed in 1 yr, personal life and all. Fiancé in Vancouver, OR now for what looks like a long time. Was looking to see if anyone up in the NW is looking for a swap to socal. I understand it would be a tough proposition now that we're a wk away, but I'm even thinking after CA1 is done, then working out a CA2 swap.

Is this even feasible? I'm guessing it's hard to find open spots if I'm not doing a swap. Do spots in gas even open up that frequently? Appreciate the advice, PM if need be.

I had a residency classmate who transferred into my program. Begged and barrowed, but he got a spot. You'd probably have better luck at UW (three hours away from wherever Vancouver, OR is) compared to OHSU or VM.

My bad, it's actually Vancouver WA but practically OR, across the river from portland... and thx for the input
