Default Oncology?

Anyone thinking of specializing in Oncology? Of course I have to make it into veterinary school first but this is where I am heading.

If I were younger, oncology would be one of my top two choices for a specialty. I'd either head into a surgical clinical path, or an oncology research path. Not sure which.
