I would not do more than two aways in addition to your home rotation. It's extremely difficult to bring your A game for anything more than that.

Agreed. I did 4 SubIs (neurosurgery) and just completely hit the wall on rotation 4.

You should bring your A game everyday.

Anything less is worthy of a midlevel practioner.
