I had the opportunity to review his records for the Ohio BWC and it was the biggest bunch of BS i had ever seen. He invented a syndrome or two to make the procedures try to fit the complaint.

According to the show, he performed TPIs and billed them as nerve blocks, and made agreements with his drug addicted patients that he would refill prescriptions only if they underwent injections.

Martinez peddled narcotic-drug prescriptions to his desperate patients only if they submitted to cursory medical tests. The tests lasted just a few minutes, but Wexler billed insurers for elaborate tests he never gave. He soaked insurers for hundreds of thousands of dollars per patient visit.
