Any professional students going to a Philly school? We have 1 room open in a large rowhome for $525/mo + utilities. It is in South Philly West area (close to 2 major streets) with lots of stores and bodegas around... washer & dryer included.
I will be a visiting medical student who is looking for a sublet just for the month of August, is that something that would work? I will be at Cooper Hospital, and am having some trouble finding any temporary housing : /. Thanks!
