Alliance President Nancy Kyler assures all members that we recognize the need for health care reform; we know there is heated debate on how this should be accomplished. We invite your feedback. i would never support the AMA again since they dont reperesent me....the proof was when Obama met with members of the AMA and they took what he forced upon them without saying a word.

If i would have known the reality as a med student, i wouldnt have given one dollar to the AMA.

The AMA sold out doctors. They allowed Obama to claim that physicians support his terrible plan which we DON'T!

The AMA is a total joke. I recently submitted a request to discontinue my membership with the AMA because it clearly does not represent how physicians truly feel. And some people wonder why physician membership in AMA was around 76% in the 1970s and today it is only around 20%. Give me a break - the organization is a total wash.

Is SDN really affiliated with the AMA now? If so, I'll definitely stop using/supporting SDN.
