What have you guys done for your pre-med summers? I'd especially be interested in hearing from those who've participated it international programs. Thanks.

So far, take one class (one that is difficult because I only take one summer quarter), work, fun in the sun, SDN, sleep.

I Have taken Gen. Ed courses at a C.C. (reverse transefer Student), so that I would have 12 sem units at my university (mostly all sciences). I plan to shadow this summer and find a job as a trasporter

Work in EMS, Volunteer, and this summer I ll probably take Chem 2, Work, and Travel..Maybe add some research..

did a summer long internship for the last two summers---crazyawesome!

I took classes my first summer, worked/EMTed second summer, and EMTed/gave tours/did nothing after senior year. This coming summer I'm taking orgo.

Yeah, I'm taking both 1 and 2. My university happens to have a summer Orgo prof who is supposedly fantastic and only teaches during the summer. Also, I have no reason not to take it then, haha.

Awkward thread. As for me, this past summer I took a couple classes. Went to Mexico and then to LA. Next summer I plan on moving to California, maybe go to Mexico again, or Europe. Depends on the money I have. Not taking classes again. I want to explore this time.

1st Summer: Took Intermediate Algebra, Rhetoric and Composition 2, and Western Humanities 2
2nd Summer: Took Organic chem 1 and 2
3rd Summer: NOTHING -- felt good man
