Official Guide to the MCAT
When is the best time to buy the Official Guide to the MCAT if you plan to attend med school starting 2012? Also, when is the best time to buy the MSAR? These books seem to change often.....does anyone know how often they make new editions? I already have the MCAT guide, 2009 edition...was that a good idea?

My pre-health advisor told me to wait until tspring quarter right before the summer when I intend to apply.
