Default Pattern Folding Question

Hi everyone!
my mind can't get over this problem of pattern folding (attached). The way I'm viewing it says the correct answer should be (B) due to the 2 white boxes (marked).
let me know what you guys think!

btw, your arrows are wrong because you forgot to invert the image after you folded it

The answer is A, do the explanation it will show you why.

inverting it gives the right answer which is A.
