MD gpa 3.3 no mcat yet. international student

Hello, I'm an international student from Korea.
I'm currently studying in UC.
My major is bio sci.
I'm currently having psychiatric problem (narcolepsy)
It's going to be really long story to explain all these.
Here are my questions

1. Is MD/PHd has better acceptance rate than MD for international student?
2. Will there be scholarships?
3. As you see my gpa(3.3) and normal mcat score(no score yet), what rank of medical school do you guys recommend me? I don't dream high ranked school, I just want to accepted in MD school.

I'm currently a sophomore so I can definitely raise my GPA upto 3.5 max.
Please help me I'm international student.

I am unsure about answers, so hopefully others will give better ones. However, from what I understand: Even if international students have exceptional stats and dazzling ECs, they still find getting into any MD school difficult...

A 3.5 cGPA is not competitive for an international MD school applicant.
