Looking for a 4th year medical student coming to UCI for an away/SubI rotation for the month(s) of June/July. My roommate is leaving to another medical institution for a month and we would like to fill his space.

Furnished bedroom (bed/desk/nightstand) with adjoining full bathroom for your use only. Common space is fully furnished with couches/tables/TV, kitchen includes stove/oven/microwave/dishwasher. Washer/Dryer in unit. Parking space included!
Rent is $700/person and utilities (water, electricity, internet, cable) are on the house!.
I am a male 4th year medical student, will be spending most of my time at the hospital. Available to provide sage advice about UCI's convoluted EMR system and which attendings to avoid. Obviously, no pets/smoking/drugs.
