No. IMO, almost everything you did in high school is irrelevant once you start college.

List college awards/achievements/clubs/activities. I did not include anything from my school days, even though I had some stuff that would have looked really good.

I don't agree entirely with some posters here. I think that being named student of the year by a local agriculture group is irrelevant but I think being the high school valedictorian is a major accomplishment and I would certainly put THAT one down.

I think that there would be nothing wrong with putting a couple of very major achievements from high school on your application. For example, I had the highest marks of my grad class and I will most definitely include that one on mine. I also ran 2 clubs in my grad year, but I probably won't mention that. I agree with most posters: high school in itself is very different from university (I know people who got full scholarships and ended up with GPAs as low as 2.4 after first year). So if you're going to include something from your high school days, make sure it really stands out.
