Question about Disadvantaged Section AADSAS

Hi there, if I chose no to the disadvantaged section do I still answer the questions except for the essay part? It is not particularly clear because it says the "following questions" but then there are subsections that start immediately afterwards. Also, if I chose no, can I still use the essay question to add some additional details about certain obstacles I have had to overcome?

I chose "No" and filled out everything else except for the part for "Provide any information about your background that can help clarify your disadvantaged student status essay." It can't hurt if you choose no and fill the rest out.
