wow.... why are they waiting so long?? Everyone I know is well past the interviewing process and have accepted spots already.

I got 1 interview and unfortunately did not get the spot. I am Neurology trained but will have done 4 months of electives with the pain management department by the time I graduate in June 2013. Goal is to do pain and headaches in private. What is the best way to go, work in private ? Hire a pain doc ?
