Default Post-bacc equivalents in Canada?

So I know (unless there's been an update) that there aren't any post-bacc programs in Canada to help boost a GPA but how would you go about trying to get the grades increased on courses you've already taken from 1st-2nd yr (eg: organic chemistry intro, physics intro, chem intro, etc)?

Would you basically start over in terms of getting a new degree and would there be an option to do it in less than 4 yrs? I've done a major and two minors so any help on a school that has a program like this would be appreciated (other than UofT...not interested in going back to that place).

Thanks
