Best iPhone Apps for Intern Year?

Epocrates Lexi Comp Up To Date Amion EMR apps if they are available,.. Any others? And for the expensive ones, anyone know of any good discounts (aside from the five finger discount)? |

I've been told Medcalc is indispensable. $0.99 for the basic version, $4.99 for "pro" (no clue what the difference is).

Diagnosaurus is basic, but can be helpful when quickly looking for differentials.
ePSS (Electronic Preventive Services Selector) helps with screening guidelines for a bunch of stuff. More for outpatient. Micromedex is an alternative to Epocrates. All of those are free, I think. |
