Default How do schools review app?

SDN Members don't see this ad. (About Ads)
Once we finish AMCAS, submit, and get verified, what else needs to be done before the school sits down and actually goes through your application?

I applied EDP - my AMCAS is just waiting for verification. It includes my MCAT score and I "assigned" the committee letter to my EDP school already.

My committee has not uploaded/sent the letter yet. (I already completed the interview, just waiting for them to make the letter and send it).

Does this mean that schools don't review your application until they get your secondary/fee and the letter? I know this school posts the secondary online July 1st so I can have that done soon. Just worried about the committee taking forever.

Adcoms will not even look at your application until basically everything required has been submitted. This includes secondaries, fees, and letters.

yeah for sure the app fee has to be in before they even look at it. its all about the benjamins

Letters too. they're not going to look at a half-finished app. everything has to be there.
