Hi, I am graduating in 2013 and still haven't made up my mind in applying to a residency. I am wondering what kind of job offers did you PGY1 grads get. Do you regret doing the residency or do you think it was worth it?

I don't post at work but when I get back, I will ask around the department about residencies and opinions of those who went for a PGY-1. Hospital pharmacy is a very strange game, much different from what you expect in school in terms of jobs.
