Married couple renting a 4 bedroom duplex home literally 2 doors down the street from the Family Care Center and Parking Ramp 4. We've had housemates for the 6 years we've lived there. Was hoping we could afford it solo but the overall rent went up just as our last housemate (a pathology fellow) moved. I can give you further details but just wanted to find an avenue to get a professional person or student rather than what I expect to find on Craigslist.
