I was going to draw pictures, but I don't have an external mouse. Only my stupid built-in laptop mouse. I can't draw with that. That and I really didn't have the time to draw out everything. It was much faster to google. Thank you for letting me be Catwoman reincarnate! (sorry you had to die to do it DVMD)

How were you resurrected anyway and I am disappointed in the lack of your posting/ pictures. I was going to draw pictures and then scan them in. I can't draw well at all and figured it would make for a good laugh. I definitely couldn't draw on my laptop that would be horrible.

That gambit felt like it was falling apart on me every second we went past the deadline yesterday. I sent at least one panicked PM to the mods going "Ah, crap guys, I've laid my cards for a deadline that is not materializing!"

I will admit I was disappointed for a moment to find I had an ability to avoid investigation, I kinda wanted to try a Boba Fett on y'all with my "but I'm GOOD Harvey Dent" act.

LIS did a great job handling things while I had work. I was a lot busier than expected the last couple of weeks. (thanks, LIS!)

That was a mod decision. We liked the role and arbitrarily decided to pass the role forward. Had WS been killed earlier in the game, the role would have passed one more time to the next player to be killed. But WS survived long enough that we didn't resurrect Catwoman again.

The rules for WS were exactly the same. If there were posts without a cat in there somewhere, they were missed because Dyachei and I were racing pretty tight on time.

It was the mods teasing the players. Or messing with the players, depending on how you want to look at it. Some people had (finally?) started to notice there were no villager roles.

Quite honestly, we made the decision based on what confusion it would bring to villagers.

That being said, everyone wants to play again when they die.

I was only allowed to post once per day/night and yes, there was a little kitty face in every post. The mods said I could hide it, so I hid it. Go back and reaaaaally look. I did not post every day because I wanted to hide who I was! It was suggested after the 1st night that Catwoman was neutral. And we all know how everyone feels about neutral players. I didn't want you guys knowing that Catwoman was back. Didn't want you to lynch me for being neutral!

You did a damn good job of hiding it too...

Even with only being able to post once per day/night cycle, which I knew, I am still disappointed with the lack of pictures/posts...

I had already settled with Lissa that I was neutral and she believed it, so I had already covered the groundwork and since no one else had a role, which became obvious, the neutral role was almost better than being a normal villager (being able to possibly steal items from wolves... )

Anyway, post more the next time you have one of those roles... they are fun to have and you don't get them very often...

Glad I played (thanks Mods), it is actually one of the few things that has kept me sane these last 2 weeks. Couldn't have survived without it!

This isn't a fair assessment since I only started asking AFTER WS was resurrected, hoped that maybe someone else had an ability or that she had some weird item that allowed her to come back..

Might be more fun for others. I had enough with the messages kanderson and I were sending back and forth. I could PM as much as I wanted, but the rules still applied. kanderson was a good sport and really good at deciphering my messages! I was going to add Foxhunter into our little trust circle, but the night I investigated her, she moved to another group. Krist couldn't PM back to any of us, so I didn't 'talk' to her much.

I know you settled with Lissa that you were neutral. She's the one who told us that Catwoman was neutral. Dang her. Nobody fully trusts a 'Neutral'. It wasn't until much later in the game that the idea that there were no villager roles came up. If I had revealed that I was Catwoman to the thread, I probably would have been lynched before that idea had surfaced. Yeah, I could steal items from wolves, but I could also steal items from villagers. Like stealing the badge from Cuit. I needed something to prove my innocence to the thread, if I was ever up for lynching. Investigating, finding and revealing a wolf seemed like the perfect plan to save my hiney later if needed.


It probably was the best role I could have had. I had a reason for not posting. You all wanted me to shut up, so shut up I did.

I had great fun with this game, Mods!! You did an awesome job! Look forward to more from you guys in the future.

I was sending quite a few messages to Lissa, all of them having cats... I probably went overkill with the cats because I used a cat in every picture instead of every post/PM...

Yes, the role is frustrating, but it is fun as well. I can tell you that I was not too thrilled when I first got the role, but I decided that since I can't do anything about it, I might as well have fun with it. Besides, it is only one post per day/night cycle... doesn't take that long to throw something in the thread, even if it doesn't mean anything...

I didn't mean to make you sound spoiled. I just wanted to point out that mods are never truly "neutral". At best we are strive for an interesting game for both sides. We never overtly gave a huge advantage to one side over the other - even the conversion was something we had put aside for later. But asking for mods to be neutral is ridiculous. There are certain players you enjoy more than others - it makes you sad to see them die in game but you don't just say no one dies tonight because I like that player.

And you know there are exceptions. You told us you were too busy to be a wolf this game. So we worked with you and made you exempt from wolf-dom. Mostly because we preferred that you play.

I meant unbiased. I understand making an interesting game, but LIS' reason for picking to resurrect one person over another was personal and unbiased. Your reason to make the game interesting made sense and I can agree with that, but I am not so sure which reason is the truth since I was given two separate answers as to why.

I also try to make roles completely random, but I have accomadated for some people because they did ask beforehand. I would have done the same for SOV, as that is the courteous thing to do.

two people who are co-modding together can come to the same conclusion for 2 separate reasons.

DVMD, that's slightly offensive because you're straight-out accusing me of favoritism and questioning my integrity.

I didn't make the decision myself, it was a decision made by both of us. And it was certainly NOT 'personal'. It was a decision that the most fun would be had by moving the role around. Our intent was to move the role again, but WS managed to survive long enough that we didn't have the opportunity. In fact, if you were to look at the discussion Dyachei and I had, you'd find that once we made the decision to bring back the role, my original proposal was to give it right back to you. After more discussion, Dy and I agreed it would be more fun to move it around.

I understand that you're disappointed you died early and that your incessant pleas to be resurrected didn't work out for you. But you should not leap to the conclusion above. You are out of line by attacking me.

of yours seemed to have a more "personal" componenet to it. Maybe I took it the wrong way or maybe you were just joking around and I lost the tone of the post. But, in no way did I intend to attack you or to question your integrity. I only stated my opinion of how I interpreted your post.
