Post MKSAP 4 vs. 5?

I know MKSAP 5 just came out, but was hoping people could shed some light:

Do MKSAP 4 and 5 overlap, i.e. have similar/identical questions?
Or is it like MKSAP 3 vs 4, where everything is organized differently with differing questions?

In other words, should I plan on doing MKSAP 3 & 5 only, or is MKSAP 4 still also useful?

According to http://mksapstudents5.acponline.org/...rd-and-preface

" The fifth edition of this popular series contains over 450 completely new multiple-choice questions, updated references, more color photographs and ECG tracings than ever before."

Well that's all fine and good, but how about somebody who's actually used both 4 and 5?

Some overlap, but there is always some overlap with the questions.

I don't know what you really want to know about it though. It is a question source. The vignettes are mostly on the longer side. Explanations are to the same detail as 4. There are only so many topics these things can cover.

MKSAP 3 just sucked. 4 is much more in line with shelf type questions, although I like the uworld questions more.
