Default Muscarinic receptors - M1 vs M3

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding where M1 receptors are actually found. In other words, I'm aware that FA says "CNS, enteric nervous system," but I'm wondering if anyone could please be specific as to where these receptors are found, other than just "CNS" or "exocrine glands."

M2 is obviously the atria and M3 is most ubiquitous, but I'm a little cloudy on the exact role of M1s for some reason.

I'd appreciate anyone's thoughts.

M1 receptors are on the vomiting center of brain (thats why we use scopolamine) and on the ECL cells that help secrete H+ ions into the stomach.
