Does anyone know of an alternative for phentolamine in treatment of vasopressor extravasation?

In a previous thread, someone mentioned topical nitroglycerine. Any other suggestions?

yar. found some decent sources for terbutaline and topical nitroglycerin, but they are sparse. anyway even though i'm just a student my hospital took my recommendations and acted on them. i feel so powerful lol
