I am trying to schedule rotations at programs I may be interested in applying to residency. The problem I am running into is that most places are short on faculty - and heavy on their own third-year students. How do I get into these places so the docs can have an opinion of me when my app comes through? I am looking at schools in the midwest - Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska. Any information would be wonderful.
