Post Foreigner want to work as FP in USA

Is it possible that foreigner physician want towork as FP in USA after finished USA-medical university?How difficult?

It is possible. One would need to be accepted into a recognized family medicine residency program and successfully complete that in order to be licensed and receive family practice board certification.

The first step is to receive the M.D. or equivalent degree and score highly on the USMLE steps 1 & 2.
