Default Spine Neurosurgeons and Sports Medicine

Do many Neurosurgeons that specialize in spine have sports medicine related practices, similar to Orthopods?

Not usually since they don't normally operate on the more common sports injuries which involve the extremities. Most sports injuries are not amenable to spine surgery.
