Default buzz words pronunciation

any idea of how to pronounce those buzz words? I find whenever I pronounce it correctly, I can put them in context and memorize.

i'll start one off for ya:

Charcot-Layden crystals: shar-ko lay-den kris-tuhls


asthma-->attracts eosinophils-->crystals form from the eosinophil membranes/constituents. you will find these in the in the bronchi(oles) of asthmatics.

I am talking from a general view of point. Drug names, disease names, etc. I mean could you have any dictionary help you pronounce them correctly? I knew M-W medical dictionary is a great helper, but to get more online realtime pronunciation, you need to subscribe their online abridged version.
