Question April MCAT Results

SDN Members don't see this ad.
When should we expect to get the results from the April MCAT?

Why did you even post this... didn't it occur to you that there was a countdown thread?

The answer from the AAMC is 60 days from the date of the test. TPR claims that the scores will be out June 7.

June 7 isn't too far away.

To put this guessing game to the end, scores will probably be released sometime before December 15.

I am going to ignore your sarcastic tone and remind you that AAMC said a max of 60 days and June 21 is exactly 60 days from April 22.

I hope you did a little more critical thinking on the MCAT than on this post

Now let's not get feisty... it's all about the score paranoia love.

Ah - is that how you ignore my tone? Take a swipe at my critical thinking skills. Perhaps you should look up the definition of the word "ignore".

And when they say up to 60 days, I'm sure they didn't mean exactly 60 days. So don't act like your prediction is the only logical conclusion.

I'm going to go with ChymeChancellor's date.

I come back from Ohio and we are having arguments over the MCAT date

Well anyways we are all assuming between the 7th and 22nd. From people calling and badgering the AAMC we have heard the "official word" is the 7th, but who the hell knows. Good luck everyone

Default Tpr

I asked the Tennessee coordinator yesterday from TPR and she said she thought it was June 9th-haha another date to add to your list of questionable dates. She said she might be mistaken and it could be the 7th.

Bottom line is I think we'll be seeing those results before the 22nd or whatever that 60 days date was.

Well then, my prediction still holds true!

For what it's worth, I called AAMC last Friday and asked about the June 7th TPR rumor. The dude I talked to said that nothing was released to indicate that. He put me on hold to ask someobdy else, and they said the same thing. He also said that he's worked there several years and that June 7th would be significantly earlier than in the past. It may be that they just aren't allowed to tell us. Anyway, I was really disappointed because I'd been hoping for June 7th. Sounds like people are getting different responses when they call AAMC though so who knows...

Also, AAMC really doesn't know because I don't think they score the exams. I'm pretty sure the company that does all the stats work scores them and creates the scales. So I think AAMC has to wait for the scores just like us. I may be wrong, but I remember hearing about the stats company.

HaHa. All of your tests are sitting on some fat slobs desk collecting dust. Picture him/her talking on the phone eating a turkey sandwich with mayo over a stack of MCAT exams. That is why it takes 60 days and that is why I'm taking it in 2007. Hold the mayo

Nothing wrong with Dr Reed cause she is one HOT doctor .

I especially love the early seasons of the show when she was even more a completely ditzy cheerleader type.

However, 60 days doesn't always mean 60 days exactly. Sometimes they get it a few days early. My guestimate would be June 16th, but there's no telling.
