Default Mentioning medical condition during interview

So, long story short, I just got diagnosed with a Disease. This disease has caused me to lose 15 pounds in the last month and a half, and it also makes me jittery, weak and very sweaty. Pretty much I'm worried that my interviewer is going to think I look nervous during my interview, and also notice that I don't exactly fit into my suit (which I don't anymore). Also doesn't help that I listed lifting weights as one of my most meaningful activities, but I look unhealthy and feeble now (I'm probably exaggerating this, but I definitely don't look like the person I described in my app).

So my question is, should I mention this disease to my interviewers? Or will it be bad form, or look like I'm making excuses.

If I were you, I'd tie it into the interview in a smooth way if possible. Maybe put it in an overcoming adversity question or even through it into the tell my about yourself question and spin it in a "I recently have been diagnosed with X disease, but I have not let it change who I am because I still do blah blah stuff that describes you".

It's not THAT serious of a disease where I'm overcoming anything besides a sucky couple of months.

In that case, don't mention it. If anything comes up about you not looking "good" or anything of the sort, just mention that you have been sick for a couple months but are now recovering, leaving it at that. Other than that, don't bring it up.
