Default How to check THx

SDN Members don't see this ad. (About Ads)
I have a newbie question:

How do I log onto THx? Namely, which userid / password do I use... and in the case that the person who registered me for the mcat forgot the password they set, how can I see my score?

I'm too scared to call AAMC to ask them this question because I dont want them to laugh at me and deduct like 5 points off of my score (for newbiness) so that I end up with like a composite of 2. That'd sux.

Hook 'em

1. Go here: https://services.aamc.org/mcatthx/
2. Sign up for an AAMC account.
3. Voila!

It isn't any relation to your MCAT registration.

Thanks! I did that...

But if SSN wasnt a required entry field, then how do they know that the person who took the mcat is the same as the person who signed up on THx? I mean a lot of ppl have access to our SSN, but how do they distinguish between all the John Doe born in New York City?

They don't. They just average their scores and give every John Doe the same score

Thanks -__-

I guess I'll be relying on that magic to double my score or something =(

Anyhow, good luck to all those checking your score tomorrow.

Not to belabor the whole THX thing, but I've had a logon for a while (was gonna submit amcas this year but now i'm waiting). Since i haven't submitted an AMCAS, will logging in to THX saturday actually give me my score?

THAT, my friend, is the result of not studying...at all. No practice tests, study materials, anything. I'm hoping a little added effort this time around paid off
