Default How long is MCAT score good for?

I took the MCAT last spring. I think that I may not get in this year.

How long will my MCAT score last (be recent enough to use for admissions)?

Most schools will take MCATs from at most 3 years ago. Some go longer, but these are a small minority. Given that you took it last spring, you should be fine if you need to reapply.

Some schools will accept scores as late as 2003 for this year's cycle. I think there's about 20 or so schools. I took the MCAT the summer after my sophomore year (2003) then took the year off after graduation to apply, but didn't get in the first time around and was still able to reapply this year with my scores.
