For improving your health, you have to avoid outside food, take healthy food and avoid too much oily food,take fruits and vegetables,milk, do regular check-up so this are mainly important.

I have been criticized here for my griping and complaining and for perhaps
not addressing the problems with our healthcare in a more positive fashion. My physical and emotional health has been devastated due to physician error, so I imagine I am pretty negative. So perhaps we can discuss what patients should do that might help to improve healthcare. Also, what can medical schools and physicians do to improve the situation. There is no successful entity in the word that does not recognize the problems that might exist and try to remedy these problems. In my view, there is really reluctance within our healthcare system. |
