just got a $2013.57 bill for property tax on my OEC8800. Needless to say im livid cuz i was completely unaware of this.

Virginia and Georgia have taxes on property, but I was unaware of the same for business property. What is the rate? What is the excluded amount?
For my wife's and my car in GA are tax was $500 and decreases yearly as the cars get older. I'll buy your machine and rent it to you for a zero sum game.

ur funny Steve......they show the appraised value as $87K which was the value when new, but it has certainly depreciated. There is no rate or excluded amount shown on the Wachovia invoice. The tax amount was about $2000.
