I have been getting e-mails from this service. It looks like it was started by a NASS member (neurosurgeon) as a deterrence against frivolous law suits.

Any opinions?

Is this legitimate or at all useful?

I figure we all have a certain amount of risk practicing Interventional Pain Management and I have spoken to several pain docs for whom this type of strategy has proved successful in getting lawsuits dropped.

Was presented with this at money management talk put on by advisors,
One doc in group had contract with them , he said kinda of pricey
but felt he needed it in climate around his practicing community.
But it is a legitimate company.
