Could anyone please guide...
How important drug interactions are in Naplex? How deep do we have to know about drug interactions? Are there a lot of questions about drug interactions?

No, there aren't any big drug interactions. Don't waste your time studying them. You should already know the basic ones and they don't go in any deeper. There are a few about herbals & drugs, so look over the big ones like St. John's Wort, & Gingko.
