I also e-mailed them for another issue a while ago and they never responded to that one either, so calling would be a good idea.

As far as I know, they don't screen applicants. As soon as they received preliminary information from AMCAS that I was applying to their school, they sent me a link to their secondary materials. Thus, I had them turned in on the 27th of June, a couple weeks before my AMCAS application was even finalized and sent out. Note that I didn't even have an MCAT score on file.
It doesn't cost any money to turn in, so you may as well do it. Not sure why the email wouldn't have made it out to your in-box. Call them and see what is going on. http://www.usuhs.mil/adm/suppinstr.html |
