Post accreditation

SDN Members don't see this ad. (About Ads)
Is there one location (web site..) where the status of dental school accreditation and procedures are posted? When and how often does a dental school go through the procedures and what is looked at? The majority of schools post on their web sites their accreditation status, but some do not mention it at all. Do students have to worry about a school losing accreditation or does it really matter?

If you search through the ADA site, (ada.org) you can find the information you are looking for. A couple of months ago, I stumbled upon the accredidation procedures and status there, but I don't have a direct link.
