how competitive is Medical College of Virginia for Internal Medicine? i've veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery curious.

Gwen,

Not sure how to answer your question directly, but their website lists (in the demographics section) a 220 step I mean, as well as the fact that they seem to take American Medical Grads. (I think their mean step I score has been 218, 219 over the past couple years, if you read their big brochure).
