Default Strength of programs

SDN Members don't see this ad.
Does anyone have any information regarding the strengths/weaknesses of the following programs:

1. University of Florida, Gainesville
2. Yale
3. Boston University
4. LSU

I've been told that Yale is currently without a chairman and thus in a state of flux, and I've been told that Florida had problems in the past but may be more stable now. Any info would be really appreciated.
