Default MCAT cancellation/score

I've been reading a couple of threads about this but none answered my question. My question is, after you void the score, is there no way to know how you did on the MCAT that you took? So if its voided, that means they just won't grade it, right? or can they grade it and give me the score only, not to medical schools.

Also, I just want to be clear about this, at the end of the exam there will be an option that asks me if I want to void the exam, is that right? Thanks for your help.

If you choose to void no one, not you and not medical schools will ever know what your score was.

After you complete the test a choice appears to either have the test graded or voided.
