(About Ads) This is mentioned briefly in various posts but there are audio and video questions now on the COMLEX as represented in the NBOME's free 50 question samples: http://www.nbome.org/comlex-cbt.asp?m=can#a4 (see bottom of page). Seems they will throw heart/lung/abdominal sounds and general exam techniques (positive XYZ signs), but does anyone have any advice on how to prepare for these?
