Decreasing autonomy, increasing regulatory and administrative hassles, and insufficient reimbursement... sound familiar?

Skyrocketing healthcare costs due to "politically correct" end-of-life care, rise of more antibiotic/drug-resistant pathogens due to widespread abuse (MRSA is only the beginning...)

I believe there really will be a push for government subsidized (socialized, spin it however) healthcare. And that will create a world of problems should it come about. Not the least of which on the doc end would be severely decreased autonomy and even more non-medical types in administrative positions.
